Fancy a good old fashioned Country Pub Tour out bush?……now lets not confuse this tour with an Aussie Pub Crawl (an undignified, uncivilized and often very messy drinking festival/catastrophe on the road) – lets try not to go there!…Country pubs have long held a special place in the heart of rural communities, they play a vital role in a town’s social fabric. A Country Pub Tour is not only a fun private day out with your friends, you’re performing your civic duty to support vital country town businesses. – Well Done You! These tours are designed with diversity in mind. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone in all of them. I pick you all up from your homes and drop you off when you’re done. (Hopefully not overly cooked – just nicely done!) Easy! What a perfect way to catch up with friends or family and take a drive out bush for an awesome day. No driving to worry about, no strangers in a crowded bus (or sick bags) to worry about, total freedom & flexibility to stay as long as you like and adjust the itinerary in the moment.

TOUR 1: FAULTLINES & FROTHIES: (3 Pub Tour minimum) Inclusions chosen from the following: Chidlow Inn, Settlers Inn, Ettamogah Pub Cunderdin, Dukes Inn, Temperance Bar or Grand Northam This Tour takes us on a straight line east of Perth as far as Cunderdin. The tour can also be a really interesting historical & cultural day with other inclusions such as the incredible Meckering Camera & Earthquake Museum, (one of the best camera collections in the world), The highly regarded Cunderdin Power Museum or Northams beautiful Centre for Aboriginal Culture Bilya Koort Boodja located on the banks of the Avon River. This tour offers a lot of fun options for a small private group.

TOUR 2: YORKSHIRE PUDDING & PINTS: (3 Pub Tour min.) Inclusions chosen from: Settlers Inn York, Imperial Homestead York, Greenhills Inn York, Spencers Brook Tavern, Duke Inn, Temperance Bar or Grand Northam. This tour takes us out to the heritage settlement town of York, south east of Perth. York is famous for its amazing Automotive Museum, its heritage Federation buildings, Horse racing, Spring, Jazz & Writers Festivals & totally “Crackpot” Medieval Carnivals. We take lunch in York at a Pub of your choice (Yorkshire pudding is on the menu if you want to order in advance) and finish off the day in Northam for a cleansing ale, wine or spirit at the Duke Inn or the Temperance Bar before heading back to Perth.

TOUR 3: THE SOUTHERN SAFARI: (3 Pub Tour min.) Not too far south of Perth between Mandurah, Serpentine, Mundijong and Armadale is a little pocket of awesomeness that unless you are local – you may not have known existed. Inclusions chosen from: The Elizabethan Pub Bedfordale, the King Road Brewery Oldbury, Millbrook Estate Jarrahdale (Fantastic winery, not exactly a pub but super amazing) and the Whitelakes Brewery Baldivis. The area also offers other fun attractions like beautiful forest bush walks, Serpentine falls, Araluen botanical Gardens or if you’re feeling lucky – throw a line in at Golden Ponds and try to catch a fish! – whats not to like about Beer & Fishing? – Nuthin’…(optional…)
